Description of the job
Input data: Internal, external business or contractual requirements of the client, lessons learned. Mission: To ensure compliance with the customer's material support requirements, including cost control. Manage and support contracts during the service in relation to the various aspects of repairs and spare parts. Output: To prepare reports in relation to the program for the organization and the client. Facilities of materials. Proposal of actions mitigation (PDCA). Monitor contract performance and diminish potential risks.
Take initiate actions on unsatisfied customer such as damage or specific requirements.
Make forecasts for future demand. . Monitoring performance, give opportunities and manage risk. Budget Control Management
