Description of the job

The jobholder is responsible to drive and lead in TOFL the EACs,planning and reporting processes. Also, he/she drives leads TOFLenterprise Risk Management (ERM). He/She leads and controls the action plans to ensure the fulfilment of the EAcs financial objectives.

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Support MRO & FAL l&m financial management: provide consistent financial and resource reports, analyses and proposals for decision making,
·  Highlight risks/opportunities: Ensure early identification of deviation from the financial plan (cost target) and orientate recovery measures for

implementation.

·  Ensure Consistency and quality check of costs allocation (Internal & External).
·  Reporting of the incurred cost for the current Programmes
·  Autonomously has to provide/create/release Perimeter change and Forecast for Cost Centre Cost and Hourly Rate.
·  Management of the Cost Centre Structure hierarchy to ensure the correct level of cost collection is maintained.
·  Provide continuous improvement on process and identification for further savings and risk (Lead-time/Performance
·  Contribute to some F change projects.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Degree in Finance, Statistics or Economics (could be Engineering with finance background).
·  Experiencie in Finance :2 to 5 years
·  SAP
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Able to propose new ideas.
·  Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
·  English: Fluent
