AIRBUS offer 40 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2024/2025 - Starting date October 1st 2024

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of llooking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:
Procurement Composites is responsible for contracts and suppliers of composites materials for Airbus.

The trainee will support the day-to-day operations of the commodity:
- Gather, register, and structure business data (prices, spend, trackers...)
- Help prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist in the call for tender process (RFI, RFP, suppliers evaluation...) to
select suppliers in competitive bids.

The trainee will develop competences in business data analytics, procurement
processes and tools, contract management, negotiation, cost analysis and
optimization, sustainability...

The trainee will be involved in projects impacting the complete Airbus portfolio.
(A320, A330 and A350), and initiatives related to the next generation of composite materials for sustainable aerospace.

Required skills #AirbusDiversity
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Engineering (Materials, Industrial, Aerospace, Software...), Science
(Chemistry, Physics), or Business. Knowledge of materials, specially composites, will be a plus.
- English: negotiation level.
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to process and structure large quantity of data.

Skills valued:
- Project management.
- Knowledge of general purpose business tools (Google Suite, MS Excel, SAP…)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
