A vacancy for a CAMO services engineer A4000M has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe.

Tasks & accountabilities

Provide Maintenance Engineering and fleet management Support activities (associated to EASA/EMAR Part M scope) to manage and assure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft of the Airbus DS or External customers fleets that are necessary to get a safety operation with the highest level of fleet availability and lowest maintenance cost, always in compliance with the Customer's National Regulation Authorities.
Responsible of Development and maintain of Airbus DS Part M Subpart G and I structure in accordance with EASA/EMAR regulations.
MAIN ACTIVITIES

·  Support in the development of processes and procedures for TASSE8 activities. The job holder is responsible to work closely with M&L and Derivatives programs in TASSE8 teams to agree common procedures and processes for all teams.
·  Perform the activities covering the scope of A400M CAMO services department, including but not limited to:

A. development and optimization of Operator Maintenance Programs (OMP),
B. development and analysis of reliability program and analysis of effectiveness of the OMP,
C. control of maintenance requirements,
D. assessment of engineering documentation,
E. aircraft configuration management,
F. planning of schedule and non-scheduled maintenance, and supporting activities (e.g. materia requirements analysis,
G. update and control of technical records and maintenance documentation provided by MROs,
H. assessment of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness status.

·  Liaising with Customers, Authorities, Suppliers, Airbus DS subsidiaries and other internal stakeholders in regards to the A400M CAMO Services activities.
·  Support Local CAMO teams in regards to CAMO services activities
·  Support A400M program office and other internal customers in the services requested related to the activities described above (Example: Planning support in retrofit campaigns, support MSM in analysis of material related to scheduled tasks, Maintenance Status analysis for aircraft in MRO, support in IT tools data uploading..)
·  Support the entry into service of CAMO services activities for new customers.
·  Foster Continuous improvement with the CAMO services.
·  Support to Customers to renewal of Airworthiness Certificate with Civil and/or Military Authorities for A400Mfleets,
·  Support the Development and maintenance of Airbus DS Part M Subpart G and I structure in accordance with EASA/EMAR regulations
·  Support to TASSE8 M&L and MRTT programs as requested in relation to the activities described above.

MAJOR END RESULTS
Control of Maintenance Requirements applicable to the customer fleet, Operator Maintenance Programs in accordance with commitments, assessment and recommendations from analysis of effectiveness and optimization of the maintenance programs considering specific customer operation, control and update of customer aircraft configurations, planning information of maintenance requirements and fleet management recommendations to assure safety of operation with the highest level of reliability and availability. Provide answer to customer and Regulatory Authorities requests and queries related to Continuing Airworthiness Management (Part M) issues. Develop and updated of process and procedures to assure compliance with the regulations. Share in-service operational and maintenance data of the different customers with other Airbus DS organizations.
