·  Transversal processes has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join Fulfil Applications Services France department.

The Fulfil Application Services France team based in Toulouse has a vacancy for a Traversal Business Analyst. The team is currently ensuring Business continuity on 120 applications for more than 30 000 users.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  As a Transversal Business Analyst, you will coordinate cross products activities in order to ensure consistency on products deliveries, deployments and Business continuity.

·  and long-term direction of the business and related technologies.

·  You will translate your understanding and knowledge of the business into feasible IT Products in collaboration with the IT Product Manager while ensuring that the developed solutions are aligned with evolving customer needs and stable enough to secure Business continuity.

·  After IT products deliveries and deployments, you will have to ensure continuity of service to minimize interruption to the operational business.

·  You will be responsible with the team to secure the long term performance, stability and scalability of IT products, driving adoption of best practices, and developing new solutions to emerging problems.

·  Customer focus is the most important value for the team, communication and proximity with our internal customers are keys.

·  Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.

·  Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer. • Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.

·  Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.

·  Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.

·  Ensures the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades

·  Ensures services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations.

·  Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the IT Product Manager.

·  Identifies and implements technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability of the systems environment.

This role will involve a few travel for business (once per quarter) worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to 5 years degree level (or equivalent) in IT, Engineering, or Aeronautic or a related discipline.

·  At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems

·  3 to 5 years of experience in project management

·  IT & Business Strategy Alignment

·  Product/Service Planning

·  Experience in Service Delivery
