Faisant partie des Opérations & Procurement, le département Excellence Opérationnelle et Logistique est en charge des projets d’amélioration transverse, d’analyse de donnée et monitoring, du monitoring de la performance et reporting ainsi que les processus et la gestion des risques et opportunités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

Performance

·  Support à la mise en place du reporting et indicateur Logistique ainsi qu’assurer la migration, le développement et l’automatisation dans PowerBi et/ou d’autres plateformes dédiées.
·  Support au Responsable Transverse Operational Excellence & Logistics dans le cadre du projet de la mise à jour de la documentation en lien avec le référentiel Acheter, Supply Chain & Logistique. Assembler, consolider et mettre à disposition les KPI agréés avec les départements Achats, Supply Chain & Logistique.
·  Support aux départements Achats, Supply Chain et Logistique pour la mise en œuvre et le suivi des plans d’actions.

Operations

·  Support au coordinateur logistique pour la gestion des Unités de Servitude Mobile (USM) et le flux des mallettes de quincaillerie en production.
·  Support au coordinateur logistique pour la gestion des contrats de préparation.

Connaissances techniques

Detailed description of the mission :

Part of the Operations & Procurement directorate, the Transverse Operational Excellence department (OE) is in charge of transversal improvement projects, data analysis & monitoring, performance monitoring & reports as well as business processes & risk management.

PERFORMANCE

·  Support the implementation of the reporting and key performance indicators for Logistics. Ensure the migration, development and automatization in PowerBI and/or other platforms.
·  Support the Head of Transverse Operational Excellence & Logistics in the management of the Documentation project for the associated scope to Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics processes. Collect, consolidate and set up the relevant indicators for the different departments.
·  Support to Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics for the drumbeat and follow up of action plans related to improvement projects

Operations

·  Support to the logistic coordinator responsible for the management of the mobile logistic means and the ironsmith briefcases flow in production.
·  Support to the logistic coordinator for the management of preparation contracts.

·  Master in procurement, supply chain management, logistics or business administration.

Technical skills:

·  IT systems knowledge (SAP, AirSupply)

·  PowerBi knowledge
