Description of the job

Missions and activities
Inputs: Company/projects documentation systems & tools. Company administrative procedures.
Mission: Supporting on time and efficiently a manager, a group of managers or a team in logistics, planning and organization tasks.

Outputs : Timely support to the team. Distribution and recording of all documentations. Diary Management. Prepare relevant logistic for the team (travel, post, doc distribution). Handle office administrative duties (telephone, time mgt, meeting/event admin, job requisitions…). Typing of letters, memo, report. Collecting information for decision making. Welcoming and cascading information.

Technical knowledge:
¤ Solid experience as Secretary/personal Assistant
¤ Excellent practice of office tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
¤ Good knowledge of eRoom/sharepoints
¤ Good knowledge of Airbus organisation and procedures
¤ A good working knowledge of the English language (German is a plus)

¤ Planning ability (need to anticipate to cope with urgent and unplanned actions / issues)
¤ Excellent organisation capability

¤ Reliable, autonomous and flexible
¤ Able to take initiatives and to work self motivated
