Description of the job

A position to support the drive of business excellence by the application of the business improvement fundamentals, based on Lean principles (AOS - Airbus Operating System) and associated methods and approaches.
Develops and contributes to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential, and leads the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business.
