Airbus offers you a work-study contract covering both your training at the Airbus Cybersecurity School (in partnership with Ynov Campus, Toulouse) and your apprenticeship at Airbus.

This opportunity is open only to students who have completed their Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School and who wish to pursue their academic journey for an additional two years with the Master's degree programme (RNCP certification level 7).

Airbus Cybersecurity School

Airbus offers you the opportunity to follow a comprehensive and immersive cybersecurity in aeronautics work-study apprenticeship programme, which means alternating between being a student of the Airbus Cybersecurity School and being part of our operational teams (Digital & IM, Corporate Security, etc.).

A unique cybersecurity training programme

Thanks to a cutting-edge curriculum, tailor-made for the aeronautic industry, you will obtain a dual technical and business skill set, which is rare on the job market.

An advanced technical training

You will discover the entire range of cybersecurity-related activities, with a focus on their application in the aerospace industry. This will open a range of learning opportunities in all Airbus business units.

Your apprenticeship 

An apprenticeship offer entitled " Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) deployment in Airbus Commercial Active Directory (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on its Saint Martin site.

This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and will last for 2 years.

You will join the IAM Product Service Line (PSL) , focusing  on “Providing the Right Access to the right Person at the Right Time and for the Right Reasons” with  400.000+ identities such as employee, supplier, customer, dealing with identities of the whole company, with technical challenges and permanent innovation.

You will be joining the IAM Core Services department (DIAC), particularly affected to the Core Infrastructure team (Directory team) where you will contribute to the Active Directory Security Enhancement program.

Tasks and responsibilities

You will be supervised by your Airbus tutor who will help you develop your skills by working on the following activities:

· 
Participate to solution design with the editor

· 
Write associated documentation (Architecture documentation, deployment guide, operation procedure…)

· 
Support solution deployment on Airbus Active Directory (participate to installation, firewall flows opening, product configuration)

· 
Take ownership on solution usage (knowledge transfer to operational team)

· 
Analyse outcome of the analysis done by the product

· 
Propose remediation based on identified vulnerabilities (priorities, action plan)

Key deliverables

· 
Identity Threat Detection & Response tool deployed in Airbus Commercial environment 

· 
Security remediation proposal including security risk analysis and based on report produced by the tool.

Competences & prerequisites

You have completed your Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School.

Hard skills

Knowledge of administering operating systems (Windows and/or Linux): Basic

Knowledge of operating system hardening (Windows and/or RedHat Linux): Basic

Knowledge of Cloud computing, solutions and architecture (AWS, Azur): Basic
