Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée «Apprenti(e) en Gestion de projet pour les futurs développements avion (f/h)» vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin du Touch.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département «Future Programme » au sein de l’organisation Programme d’Airbus Commercial.

Cet apprentissage consistera à soutenir la mise en place et la conduite d’activités autour du produit avion d’un point de vue gestion de Programme et qui requièrent un intérêt pour des sujets à la fois business et technique. Ces activités seront en premier lieu axées “Systèmes avion” mais pourraient faire l'objet d’activités plus vastes de façon ponctuelle.

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 an.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

· 
Création de tableaux de bord projet et analyses de données pour le pilotage du suivi des activités

· 
Participation à diverses réunions avec le chef de projet et suivis d’actions qui en découleront

· 
Gestion active de sous-projets

· 
Soutien à des activités de type planning

· 
Développer et déployer une culture de gestion de projet tout en interfaçant avec plusieurs fonctions au sein de l’entreprise

· 
Développer une connaissance des systèmes avion

Compétences et Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’ingénierie aéronautique ou électromécanique , pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

· 
Gestion de projet et amélioration continue

· 
Analyse de données 

· 
Gestion des parties prenantes (interagir et influencer) et Communication

· 
Ingénierie aéronautique ou ingénierie en électromécanique

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais :  avancé

Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled “Apprentice in Project Management for future aircraft developments (f/m)” has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Toulouse Saint-Martin site.

You will join a team of 15 people within the “Future Program” department within the Airbus Commercial Program organization.

This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the implementation and conduct of activities around the aircraft product from a Program management point of view and which require an interest in both business and technical subjects. These activities will primarily focus on “Aircraft systems” but could be the subject of broader activities on an ad hoc basis.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 year.

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

· 
Creation of project dashboards and data analyzes for managing activity monitoring

· 
Participation in various meetings with the project manager and follow-up of resulting actions

· 
Active management of sub-projects

· 
Support for planning type activities

· 
Develop and deploy a project management culture while interfacing with several functions within the company

· 
Develop knowledge of aircraft systems

Skills and Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of aeronautical or electromechanical engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year. 
You have the following knowledge and skills: 

· 
Project management and continuous improvement

· 
Data analysis

· 
Stakeholder management (interact and influence) and Communication

· 
Aeronautical engineering or electromechanical engineering

Language skills:
English: advanced
French: advanced 

Our selection process:
