Description of the job
A vacancy has arisen for an Aircraft Team Manager to join the Flight Line group for A400M in Airbus Defence & Space San Pablo Sevilla.
The Aircraft Team Leader will be responsible to ensure the department objectives in terms of deliveries, quality and cost. Flight Line is responsible for the ground support to the serial aircrafts in its set in flight phase and supports the delivery to the customer phase.
This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a wide knowledge of the A400M and the exciting environment of the flight line and customer delivery .

Tasks & accountabilities
As the successful candidate your tasks will include:
· Management of a group of Flight Line technicians and the activities of industrial partners within your shift.
· Development of the short & medium term production planning, establishing the lead times necessary to deliver within the production schedule.
· To ensure the following of the correct work documentation.
· To manage all the equipment, materials and documentation related to the production tasks.
· To promote the continuous improvement of procedures in the area.
Required skills
As the successful candidate your experience and skills will include:
· Experience of working in manufacturing, quality or production environment.
· Proven experience of team management / coordination.
· Working knowledge of SAP and TNB.
· Experience and knowledge of Lean fundamentals and continuous improvement.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Negotiation level Spanish & English.
