Description of the job

A vacancy for an Accounts Payable - P2P Improvement (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will support P2P improvement on a transverse basis.

Tasks & accountabilities

As the successful candidate, your main activities will include:

Driving P2P continuous improvement transversally for Accounts Payable, acting as a change ambassador to proactively embrace and drive improvement initiatives.
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, working internally and externally with finance colleagues, Procurement, 'customers', and suppliers to solve issues, develop improvements and implement solutions.
Acting as the 'guardian of the temple' regarding P2P standard process and business rules, promoting adherence thereof and ensuring that deviations are highlighted and consequential actions and/or trainings are launched.
Participating to trans-functional / trans-national projects impacting the P2P process.
Supporting the Operational Teams to launch and track actions/initiatives to improve operational process and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Building and sustaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:
• Educated to a Bachelor degree level (or equivalent) in Finance or a related discipline.
• Knowledge/experience in Project Management
• Experience of leading teams either directly or indirectly would be appreciated
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Adaptability
• Flexibility
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Language Skills: negotiation level of French and English.
