Description of the job

A vacancy for A400M Quality Systems & CCMD (Maternity) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in San Pablo Sevilla.
The successful applicant will join (QUALITY / Inspection & Conformity).

The successful applicant should be able to work on shifts, if required.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Management and training of CCMD team.
·  Access management of partners and other departments to the PDR system CAIR and AIR.
·  Detection, analysis and resolution of any discrepancies throughout the process of configuration management plane. Gap justification of all unresolved gaps to FAL level and complete aircraft.
·  Analysis and consolidation of data quality.
·  Tracking backlog (JC/ orders, SIs, QSRs, TLB´s ...) of the CAIRs to FAL level for each COE.
·  Release and prepare of KPIs and reports related to quality FAL.
·  Compilation of all information necessary for each milestone in the FAL of the A400M program.
·  CCMD process optimization.
·  Compile and update CAIRs of FAL and AIR.
·  Attestation CINs in the system.
·  Support the workshop on issues related to the attestation of CAs, SW, equipment's loose items and orders.
·  Responsible for the common iShare for production quality and CCMD.
·  Conformity support department throughout the process and in all milestones
·  Representation Configuration Control in all CIPs to manage with DGAM.
·  Support DGAM on all issues related to configuration and documentation of each CA and the FAL process.
·  Responsible for collecting data and ensuring Yellow Tags Equipment level plane.
·  Responsible for data collection and assurance Documentation to be delivered by the Partners during the milestones

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 2-3 years of experience in conformities.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
·  Able to demonstrate knowledge in SAP, equipment configuration and conformities part 21.
·  Able to demonstrate knowledge in manufacturing control and DELTA processes.
·  High knowledge in A400M program.
·  High communication and leadership skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
