A vacancy for an A400M Loadmaster Training Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Seville.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main activities to be performed are related to A400M training:

·  To develop Loadmaster and Support Personnel Training products in colalboration with subcontracted work-packages.

• Loadmaster and SP Training delivery
• Courses deliverables and Computer-Based Training products

·  To apply Configuration Management processes to ensure proper tracking of requirements and solutions changes and status
·  To conduct training courses in front of LM & SP trainees
·  To perform the qualification of the LM & SP courses in front of A400M customer
·  To support meetings with current and potential A400M customers

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level in Engineering.
·  English and Spanish: Negotiation level.
·  Experience on A400M Programme (more than 5 years) in training development activities
·  Experience as instructor will be considered as a plus.
·  It is posible to be required to work in shifts.
