The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Poste et missions:
In this context, your main activities will include:
- The Operative Plan analysis: Financial KPIs data analysis in areas with low consistency / circularity to identify, recommend and implement improvement measures
- The focus point on processes digitalization to foster:
- Innovation in tools and mind-set within Finance Planning team boundaries:As-is processes analysis, To-Be recommendations and deployment
- Improvement of existing communication flow and coordination with Pro-grams and Functions controlling teams
- Finance Planning processes Quality Gates definition, deployment and follow-up
- Support and coordination of:
- Preparation of documents for Top Management
- Department Lean activities (and support to Lean Agents)
- Workshops preparation
Profil:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Graduated in Finance from business school or university or Graduate in Engineering with a previous experience in Finance
- High excel proficiency level (pivot table…)
- Good digital tools / apps knowledge will be considered a plus including SAP
- Good powerpoint proficiency (able to prepare a communication package)
- Good communication skills (interfaces within multidisciplinary teams)
- Advanced Level of English
- Intermediate level of Spanish and German will be a plus
- Self-starter and out of the box thinking
- High level of analytical skills
