The Presentation Specialist will play a key role in assisting in the planning and execution of Reebok Brand pitches and presentations, including coordinating pitches and presentations, taking part in the creation and design of pitch decks along with assisting in various projects pertaining to Brand strategic initiatives. This is an
English speaking role.

· Assure all work meets brand standards and quality assurance guidelines
· Use current industry tools to meet the requirements of each project
· Correctly interpret and implement internal client revisions to design projects as requested and possibly recommend as appropriate
· Research, concept, and prototype visual design assignments as needed
· Design content and create visuals effectively to reach the target audience
· Manage and update a presentation and slide “library” with current available material for use
· Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
· Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi, and other presentation tools
· Ability to work with Global teams across different time-zones to meet high service delivery expectations on quality & timing
· An in-depth and thorough understanding of how Microsoft Excel charting and PowerPoint work side-by-side
· Experience working with complex formulas in Microsoft Excel that translate into PowerPoint charts
· A professional approach to managing time, cost and deadlines on all projects
· Strong creative portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. dynamic charts and diagrams, magazines, brochures and annual reports/supplements) with clean design aesthetic
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
· Understanding of and experience in corporate branding; adhering to corporate brand standards, layout and typography
· Ability and desire to work in a corporate creative setting
· Consistent on-time delivery of all projects
· Experience working remotely with other offices or teams of an organization on materials and deadlines
· Flexibility and capability to manage multiple projects at one time

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):

· Design background
· Experience in a large corporate company (2 years)
· Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related degree (Secondary to a Design background)
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Strong skills in PowerPoint and Prezi.
