project in Málaga .Main tasks are as follows:
- Documentation of Leads or contact outcomes in the CRM software, adhering to the
CRM documentation guidelines. Hand on information regarding leads directly to sales or
partner.
- 360° monitoring of campaign success regarding qua litative and quantitative target
achievement and performance optimization, based on the reports.
- Consulting for campaign owners based on the experiences made conducting the
respective campaigns and other experiences made connected to Telemarketing
business.

·  -Outbound calling -driven by marketing campaigns/promotions
-Follow up emails to customer requesting more info
-Ensure that leads are entered in Sales force .com correctly assigned
-Reporting of additional information that can be gathered in course of the campaigns.
This refers especially to customer need and process improvement.
-Availability to work in MALAGA
- Languages: Spanish/English Bilingua and another language from union europe.
