Adecco is currently looking for candidates to join an important company located in the business area 22@!

We are hiring customer care agents to cover the international market of one the most important and exciting services of our client. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction.

The company is nearby the Beach, at the Poble Nou District, and well communicated with the city centre. You will work in accessible facilities; you can get there by tramway and underground.

We are looking for an extremely efficient, proactive, problem solving and a team player individual to join our team.

If you are a motivated individual, willing to start a new challenging project, and with high communication skills, this is your opportunity!

Requisitos:
·  - Dutch, French, German, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Italian or Portuguese native/bilingual level.

- Customer service experience.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Soft skills.
