Our client consists of four departments delivering services to the complete value chain in the electrical energy system and through the whole life cycle of energy investments.

Together with another project controller, one business controller and one regional finance manager you are responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects of Energy Iberia. You analyze and detect deviations from the budget and forecast on time.
Responsibilities:

•Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Oracle Finance, TEAM and AGRESSO
•Preparation and issuance/booking of debtors invoices in oracle and TEAM according to tax law requirements
•Supporting bad debts collection
•Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing
•Supporting Forecast and AOP
•Control and ensure the Monthly Reporting
•Review supplier's invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
•Management reporting: collects data for management reports for Senior Management and Business Controller

Perfil buscado

Requisitos:
·  •Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
•Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
•Very good spoken and written command of English and Spanish
•Excellent knowledge of Excel
•Preferably with experience with Oracle Finance, TEAM and AGRESSO
•Excellent analytical skills
•Acting in an assertive, calm and self-confident manner with in- and external business partners
