Job description

Our client is a leading player in the chemical industry, dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Analyst to join their team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration of the employees related matters. Ensures that employee information is accurate, meets the organization's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning. Supports the HR department manager, contributing to accomplish with the HR procedures and legal requirements.

Requisitos
Experience:

Mandatory:

Proven experience supporting the establishment of the HR processes, procedures and policies.

Controlling the payroll and legal process accomplishments.

Languages:

Fluency in English and spanish.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or similar (psychology, industrial and labor relationships), or equivalent work experience

Previous experience in payroll, social security and taxes.

Laws and regulations

HR administration

Training and development

Experience in payroll and burden administration

Personal Skills:

Multitasking Dual focus (both in management and in the employees)

Ability to work with individuals and different cultures, level of education and experience

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Open-minded to new ideas

From HR perspective: ensure compliance with the time limits for all legal requirements related to Payroll; Social Security; Taxes and contracts.

Providing accurate information to finance as they require.

Assure the accomplishing of the increasing legal requirements from the administration and management systems.
