We are currently looking for candidates to join an important telemarketing company located in Barcelona center!
We are hiring customer service agents with a passion for travel to work for an exciting project in the tourism industry. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction.
You will work in accessible facilities; you can get there by public transport. The nearest metro station is Sagrada Familia.
If you are a motivated individual, willing to start a new challenging project, and with high communication and negotiation skills, this is your opportunity!
- Full-time contract (39 hours/week).
- Flexible in work schedule: rotation shifts (mostly weekdays between 9am and 10pm).
- Extensive full-time paid training (3 weeks).

- A salary of 15.000 to 21.000 euros gross per year

Ideal candidate profile
· - Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
- Dutch/French/German/Russian at a native/bilingual level.
- English high level (test administrated).
- Excellent communication skills.
