- A team of 80 amazing colleagues with 22 different nationalities and an average age of 27.

Through your experience, you will have the opportunity of learning with the following functions:

- Attend the first contacts with customers in order to solve or derive their incidences.
- Advise and guide the clients with their orders.
- Act with proactivity to find new ways that optimize the client experience.

Profil recherché

- A completed Bachelor degree.
- Experience with Customer Service.
- Fluency in French (C2 level).
- Valuable high level in English (C1 level).
- Experience with InDesign or other artwork skills are a huge plus.
- Proactive profile, with high levels of client-orientation and attraction for solving the challenges and problems that appear day after day.
- Team-player attitude.
- Flexible availability, we have shifts between 08:00-22:00 Monday - Sunday.
