The position will involve recruiting for permanent office-based roles in West Cumbria, Carlisle, and Penrith. What does the role involve?

·  Identifying and connecting with candidates through diverse channels to support them in their job search

·  Conducting interviews with candidates to gain a comprehensive understanding of their experience, skills, and career aspirations.

·  Matching candidates with permanent job opportunities and promoting candidates to clients to cultivate new opportunities.

·  Building up your market knowledge within your sector and utilising your knowledge to cultivate new business relationships

·  Contacting clients, scheduling meetings to delve into their business requirements, and effectively presenting the advantages of collaborating with Adecco and the candidates you represent

·  Engaging with clients through in-person and virtual visits, as well as dropping by employers to introduce Adecco and communicate the range of services you provide

·  Managing client relationships to establish enduring and successful partnerships, encompassing both existing clients and generating new opportunities.
