Salary - £64,000 - £67,000 per year + excellent benefits (see below)

Responsibilities:

·  Shape a vision for the Product's growth that engages both the business and technology.

·  Build a clearly understood Product roadmap that reflects customers' desires and captures the imagination of the organisation.

·  Engage with the business to understand needs and align business outcomes to the product vision.

·  Provide ongoing assurance that products are designed, implemented, managed, and improved to deliver continuous business value.

·  Create, maintain, prioritise, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or ROI.

·  Participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and other Product-related meetings.

·  Maintain product feature backlog and coordinate delivery of features with the Product Delivery Lead.

Requirements:

·  Experience leading projects in an Agile and/or DevOps environment.

·  Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.

·  Experience leveraging cloud technologies to deliver applications/solutions.

·  Experience managing M365, including services such as SharePoint, Exchange, MS Teams, and/or other collaboration solution delivery tools.

·  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's M365 platform and workflow tools, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·  Ability to navigate and build connections within organisations, influencing and driving results in cross-functional teams.

·  Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

·  Technical proficiency in utilising Azure services to design and deliver solutions.

This role is hybrid working with the office being based in Oxfordshire.
