Our well established Chelmsford based client is expanding rapidly. The are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service advisor to join the established team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, be able to work on multilevel platforms, have excellent telephone manner as well as advanced written communication.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that will start immediately, paying £20k per annum.
