My client in the Education sector is looking for a temporary Caretaker to undertake a variety of duties including opening and locking up of the building, testing the fire alarm on a weekly basis. Setting up of meeting rooms, moving table and chairs around. General maintenance of the building such as changing light bulbs, unblocking toilets etc. General cleaning of the building including moving rubbish emptying bins. This roles requires an enhanced DBS certificate. Full time hours to be agreed. Flexibility is required. Based in Bolton town centre.
