Adecco are currently recruiting for a Buying Assistant to join our client based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent opportunity paying £24,000 per annum with start dates available from November 2019.

Role Requirements / Responsibilities:

Supporting the category manager in the day to day workload of the full category function including:
Assisting with Buyer support and relationship building

Supporting the development of category management systems & processes

Range integrity management

Visual merchandising

Assisting with new product development

Planning & coordinating new product launches & promotional events

Product training

Market analysis

The ideal candidate:
Experience within a buying environment previously
Confident in speaking with clients on a day to day basis
Ability to stand and present to clients
Good mathematics knowledge
Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoints skills

Free parking is provided on site.

Working hours: 8am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)
