An opportunity as arisen with our client based in Sutton-in-Ashfield for a back office administrator/FLT Operator to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your general duties will be to carry out the administrative management associated with the commercial area in everything related to customer service, support to the commercial assigned, as well as warehouse management.

The successful candidate will:

·  Deliver excellent customer service at all times

·  Operation of an FLT truck

·  Collaborate in the design and implementation of improvement activities to achieve the company's objectives

·  Organise administrative movements and non-computer documentation supports

·  Optimal management of the material resources available to the Dept. avoiding waste

·  Manage client orders and provide internal and external support to ensure adequate customer service

·  Be confident communication with customers both on the phone and via email

The ability to speak Spanish is desired but not essential.
