For our client's Performance Chemicals Market, based in Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN), Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a:

Project Engineer

The resource will be responsible of organizing, supervising and testing new and existing projects, coordinating the activities of the personnel involved, in compliance with the Quality Management System and Health and Safety policies as well.

Main Accountabilities

• preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects;
• handle technical documentation;
• perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on projects status;
• cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support;
• review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions;
• managing the development of the project on site as well as people who are involved, both internally and externally;

Key requirements

Our candidate has a university degree studies (mechanical, chemical or similar engineering) with at least 3 years of experience in project management or production line maintenance.
The candidate possesses good communication, interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of process engineering, project management techniques.
The optimal candidate should be a motivated, proactive, detailed and results oriented person. Proficiency in use of IT tools, Autocad, strong command in English are required (other languages are an asset). Fast comprehension of business activities and chemical industry is needed along with problem-solving capabilities.

Training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to maximize their effectiveness
