If you consider yourself a person with a clear service orientation and you are passionate about managing people, we- re are looking for you! We are looking for people who have excellent customer service to work as a Reception Manager in a place full of magic where customers go to enjoy authentic relaxation sessions thanks to the baths and hot springs that the site offers. For that reason, the person that we- re looking for must offer excellent customer service.

Requisitos
You will work in the center of Madrid where you won- t have any transportation problems and we offer a 40-hour work week.

The chosen person must have a very high level of English and we will value other languages such as French.

You must have more than five years of experience managing teams.

Responsabilidades
Among your responsibilities:
Team management, hiring and dismissing employees. Managing spreadsheets, which requires a high level using Excel.
