- Ambitious, hard-working and effective
- HBO diploma, MBO degree 4 or Bachelor degree in the hospitality segment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator in a service-orientated organization
- You master both, Dutch and English at a fluent level, further languages are a plus
- Able to work independently as well as supportive to the Front Office Team
- Seeking a stable schedule (Monday – Friday office hours)

But what is this job really about? As an Operator you are the voice of our hotel – whether taking restaurant or room reservations, answering questions or connecting calls your friendly and enthusiastic tone of voice fully encompass the Sofitel spirit. Daily tasks include but are certainly not limited to being in charge of all the phones lines as well as incoming emails or supporting the Front Office team by completing administrative work, such as checking guest credit. Your work mainly requires you to perform tasks independently, however your office is located in the center of happenings.
