Key tasks

Respond to guest queries, providing local and tourist information
Attend to incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
Transfer, storage, and handling of guest luggage and property
Park and retrieve cars in a safe manner as part of the hotels valet service
Assist with any general enquires and daily duties as required
Cooking room service on the night shift
