Job Description

The Systems and Analytics Manager, is a role entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of global systems (including Learning) & analytics. This position requires a seasoned professional to implement advanced analytics and contribute to the shaping of the organizational KPIs strategies.

Key responsibilities of the role:

   Global Learning Systems for CSR:

·  Execute a strategic vision for global learning systems aligned with organizational objective
·  Ensure global consistency while accommodating PM&E hubs & L&L nuances.

   Advanced Analytics and Insight Generation

·  Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing the impact and efficiency of global learning programs related to CSR topics.
·  Apply advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from CSR learning datasets.
·  Drive the development of predictive analytics models to forecast learning trends and requirements.

   Cross-functional Collaboration and Partnerships

·  Forge strong partnerships with PM&E & L&L T&C and IT teams to align learning systems with organizational goals.
·  Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the synergy between learning, talent development, talent management and business outcomes.

   Innovation and Technological Trends:

·  Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies to enhance the effectiveness of systems through Data on a global scale

Qualifications

What you bring to the table :

 

·  You have a master’s degree in HR, Data Analytics or a related field,
·  In-depth knowledge of educational technologies, advanced analytics, and industry trends,
·  Extensive experience in global systems and analytics,
·  You are used to work with strict time constraints,
·  You have experience and have proven ability to collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural environment and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams, PM&E & L&L),
·  You have a very high level of English and fluent in French,
·  You are a real team player.
