To be able to give full fitness services to both in house guests and local guests, to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency as required by the hotel

·  Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working order at all times.
·  To establish good public relation with all users of the facilities of the Fitness Centre.
·  To attend any training required, both technical and practical in operating the equipment and being able to get the maximum out of all equipment located within the Fitness Centre.
·  To be familiar with all equipment within the Fitness Centre.
·  To introduce all activities and facilities of the Fitness Centre to its patrons.
·  To ensure that at all times staff working within the Centre are neat, in the correct attire and ready to perform their utmost at all times.
·  Able to handle guest requests in relation to the Centre in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner at all times.
·  To provide efficient and quality filled service to patrons of the Centre, in order to maximize the revenue potential of the Centre for the Hotel.
