Job description



Key tasks

 To accept and record orders as per the standards.
 To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the order taking system.
 Ensure to coordinate with Front Office, on bills charged to the guests.
 Write the guest order on the room service order record book as per standards
 Ensure to possess knowledge of all items on menu and upsell.
 To indicate any special instruction regarding the food ordered by the guest.
 Maintain mise-en-place level at working station and pantry for smooth operation.
 Ensure to inform Assistant Manager / Team Leader about any specific requests, comments or complaints made by the Guest.
