Topline analysis within the area of Sales performance

Regular preparation of Management information on multibrand and brand level with a strong alerting role towards Sales heads and teams within Central Europe

Being in close coordination with Business Analyst pool and actively exchange needs, opportunities and reflection within Sales

Performance review meetings with Sales and actively participate in Sales Calls, meetings

Accountable for analyzing, prioritizing and validating complex and dynamic information from a diverse range of sources and developing ideas & recommendations for the profitability of our business

Support in central Budget planning process and bonus follow-up

Support respective departments by analyzing results and giving first recommendations

Close collaboration with global Sales Performance team

Participation in project work within the Commercial Department

Bachelor degree or equivalent degree

Strong analytical and sustainable thinking

Quick comprehension capacity and solution-oriented action

Data affinity

Technical:
- Spoken and written English
- Professional experience
- Professional computer skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Expertise in the commercial development
