Job Title: Accenture UKI Exit Process Coordinator
Level: 11 – Analyst
Location: Dublin

About the role
The UKI Exit Process Coordinator is responsible for conducting interviews with UKI Leavers in order to establish the reason they are leaving and also to obtain any information the leaver would like to speak to HR about. Responsibilities include liaising with leavers, people advisors, line managers and third parties to agree interview times and share the appropriate information with the correct leadership teams.

Main Deliverables

·
Liaise with employees leaving the business to schedule and coordinate exit interviews in a timely manner, practicing flexibility and responsiveness to availability conflicts and demands

Keeping excel trackers up to date with relevant data on leavers for the people advisors as well as senior stakeholders in Ireland and the UK

·
Act as the main point of contact and address queries and questions from leavers while guiding them through the exit process in a professional manner.

·
Update and maintain precise data on internal databases such as SharePoint and the UKI exit database

·
Provide feedback from each exit interview to Field HR People Advisors raising concerns as required

·
Co-ordinate with Field HR to enable access to monthly & weekly exit report to share with DTE Leads

·
First point of contact for Field HR on all questions related to exit interviews and the unmanaged leaver exit process

·
Create reports on a weekly and monthly basis as well as ad-hoc when required, based on the exit interviews data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree desirable but not essential

Strong Leaving Cert grades (or equivalent)
