QA Quality Assurance Services Analyst (Madrid)

The Quality Assurance Analyst is a professional, in charge to certify that all project deliverables meets the quality agreed with the client. Their responsibilities includes Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). In QA he will be responsible to ensure the content management processes are followed and look for improvement opportunities. QC activities include creation of test plans and test cases to verify and validate contents and work products across browsers and environments, estimation and scheduling of testing efforts, creation of automated reusable testing assets that meets industry standards.

The ideal person must have a strong commitment with quality, able to communicate assertively to ensure all issues found are going to be reported and be able to provide status of the testing phase. Have a structured and analytical thinking process to ensure no issues due to misses in the development methodology used. Must have oriented detail oriented to validate all possible scenarios of success/failing. Great documentation skills to clearly describe flaws found, their root cause, consequences, recommendations and lessons learned for improvement.

Hands-on / Conceptual Technical Skills

· Required:
· Testing fundamentals knowledge.
· Advanced computer usage skills.
· A plus:
· Experience executing testing reviews and requirements validation.
· Experience in Test plan/Test cases creation.
