Job Description:

As a member of the Payroll Department professional staff, this position contributes general knowledge and skill in the Garnishment area to support the client. The Payroll Associate for Garnishments will assist the client with processing changes requested from local, state and federal courts, attorney offices etc. along with responding to client inquires. Other duties include but are not limited to:

· Assist with garnishment audits and client requests
· Assist management with payroll projects and issues
· Execute processes to help Accenture meet monthly SLAs
· Play a vital role in helping to ensure the company's compliance with federal and state laws and administrative requirements related to garnishments and wage attachments for the client
· Processes court ordered wage attachments federal and state levies, child supports, student loans, creditor garnishments, wage assignments, and bankruptcies while maintaining trust and confidentiality of all employees
· Communicate effectively with courts, attorneys, state agencies, and creditors

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
·  Minimum of 6 months of finance and/or accounting experience (such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll)
Preferred Qualifications
·  Consistently exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality at all times
·  Previous payroll experience
·  Previous experience working with court systems or attorney offices
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Professional Skill Requirements
·  Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
·  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
