POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Total Rewards GU Partner team serves as strategic partner for the geographic HR/TR teams along the end to end rewards process and is a key conduit between the geographic total rewards teams and the global total Rewards COE. With a deep understanding of the GU rewards, affordability and talent context the GU Partner team helps to create and implement effective rewards strategies and programs in the geographies that are aligned with our global HR and Total Rewards vision, strategies, goals and principles/policies.

The GU TR Partner Support works very closely with the GU TR Partner leads across America and Europe time zones to provide analyses and tool support across all annual rewards process activities (compensation and benefits) and CoE projects. Helps support the implementation of these initiatives in the geographies, considering local needs and nuances. Provides line of sight back to the Global CoE regarding local requirements and nuances (such as legal requirements) and informs other key stakeholders of how each location will deliver the initiatives.

Qualifications :

WHAT WE EXPECT?

• Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience;

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally 2-3 years specializing in Compensation/Rewards topics

• Experience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancy preferred

• Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation

• Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred

• Expert modelling (Excel) skills

• Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools

• Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member

• Able to analyze complex problems and propose and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions

• Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility and demonstrates expertise

• Focuses on achieving project / program goals and objectives

• Recognizes and highlights potential issues and barriers during assignments

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Ability to negotiate, influence, mediate, and manage conflict

• Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

• Strong business acumen and industry acumen

• Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization, and develop networks as appropriate

• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

GOOD TO HAVE

• Total Rewards/HR certification desirable

• Total Rewards design and strategy experience

• Advanced modelling (Excel) skills

• Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools

• Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred

• A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role may require to work effectively across multiple time zones

• As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc.)

• Occasional international travel may be required
