Job Summary:

The People Partner role puts our employees at the center, and works closely to support and develop their careers. This role provides ongoing high touch and high value support to a group of employees through meaningful face to face and virtual conversations whilst balancing Accenture's business priorities.

The People Partner are culture champions of change who will help drive ANZ's key mindsets and behaviors. This includes key programs to increase our people's engagement. People Partners have an advisory role in the areas of career opportunity development and coaching and cover discussions on staffing, training opportunities, skill building and/or performance areas. S/he has ongoing coaching conversations as a regular part of our employee's staffing and development experience to ensure our people are growing. They help employees navigate the Accenture organization, and provide advice about broader performance and career goals. The People Partner proactively identifies opportunities for automation or process reimagination to ensure they have capacity to focus on our people. They collaborate with the broader HR team including the HR Business Partner and Supply/Demand Lead to help to drive change.

Key Objectives:

· Partner with the business and HRBP/SD Lead to align on people & business Strategy through individualised meaningful conversations.
· Represent and/or support individuals in the scheduling process by providing guidance on CV's and understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. while balancing business priorities and metrics.
· Ownership of sold client demand and how it will be filled - working with procurement and recruitment if no internal options are available.
· Work with Leadership, SD Leads and recruitment to ensure we are finding the right people for the right roles, this includes utilizing Accenture's global network as well as the external market
· Ongoing coaching with career counsellors in support of People programs, as well as supporting with Career counsellor responsibilities and capabilities.
· Ensure accurate data is kept up to date in scheduling systems in order to communicate availability of people/skills, working with HR Shared services as needed.
· Act as an HR coach and be an advocate for your People in Performance Achievement. This includes being and effective communicator and providing coaching to Talent Leads/CC's to best support our people.
· Act and manage on all ER matters assigned to you. This includes conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, conduct and performance dismissals, redeployment and redundancy consultations. Escalating to the ER team as required.
· Analyse key metrics results and provide insights to various stakeholders. Metrics include chargeability (review of individuals time and following up on gaps to target/forecast), attrition, and engagement.
· Contribute and influence at Leadership meetings, providing insights on all People matters.
· Working with the HRBP, help drive business initiatives/programmes such as employee satisfaction programs to improve engagement, company inclusion and diversity and key talent initiatives.
