Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Business Intelligence and Analytics Architect professionals are focused on collecting and analyzing internal and external data to generate knowledge and value for the organization, including business process decision support at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. The IM Practice seeks to empower organizations to leverage and transform data for achieving innovative results. The Business Intelligence Senior Manager will have large scale data capability experience to lead Data Strategy and Business Intelligence efforts

Responsibilities include the following:

· Develops large scale business intelligence/data strategy for clients to achieve long range corporate goals.
· Architects, plans and drives data integration work.
· Leads the data architecture analysis, design, and implementation, and ensures that the product fulfills the requirements.
· Manages large projects with responsibilities in the areas of managing budgets, forecasts, and resources.
· Presents ideas, suggestions and deliverables to senior level executives.
· Involved in business development activities.
· Ability to travel up to 75%

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
·  Minimum of 5 years working/consulting in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
·  Minimum of 5 years selling and delivering BI solutions within Consumer Packaged Goods
·  Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

·  Consumer Packaged Goods (and ideally Retail) experience
·  Experience with multiple BI implementations and technologies
·  Working knowledge of analytic approaches, techniques and technologies
·  Strong project planning and management skills
·  Solid communication skills and presence - ability to shape and deliver succinct, structured and client relevant communications to business or IT leaders on BI strategies and approaches including implications to business, recommendations and proposed actions with a strong focus on the value creation opportunity for our clients.
·  Consumer packaged goods industry experience including: knowledge of 2-tier and 3-tier distribution networks, brand management, account management
·  Technology experience with several of the following vendor solutions: SAP BW/BOBJ/Hana, Teradata, MicroStrategy, Informatica/DataStage, Tableau/Spotfire
·  Good listening skills, and an ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues
·  Should have worked on analytic projects in the following areas: Applied Statistics/Econometrics, Baysian Analysis, Statistical Programming, Database Marketing Management & Operations, Marketing Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
·  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
·  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Consumer Packaged Goods (and ideally Retail) experience
