Profiles:

The candidate must have a technical background (telecommunications or computer sciences preferred), must be passionate about technology and up to date with ongoing innovations in its field of expertise. In addition, the candidate should be proficient in any of the following areas :

- New technologies and innovation (blockhain expert, VR expert, HPC expert, etc.)

- Digital architecture : enterprise architect, application architect, data architect, process architect, etc.

- Digital infrastructure : Cloud engineer, cloud support specialist, etc.

- Security expert : Identity manager, cybersecurity analyst, fraud analyst, identity manager, etc

- Advisory : Design thinking, digital strategy, growth hacking, etc.

- ALM services : test architect, scrum master, devops expert, etc.

- Analytics & Big data: data scientist strategist, big data analytics architect, machine learning expert, robotics expert, etc.

- Digital design & customer experience : UX designer, business designer, interaction designer, etc.

- Digital development : Digital product manager, Front-end developer, back-end developer, web integrator, digital technology developer, etc.

- Digital marketing: digital marketing strategist, mobile expert, social marketing expert, web & mobile analytics expert

Perfil buscado

Qualifications :

- More than 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture or Infrastructure roles (mainly in Cloud and ITIL)

- Fluent in Spanish and English.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels.

- People development and team building skills

- Project Management and delivery/execution experience
