Field Clinical Engineer

Job description

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·  Provides formal in-service / education to Electro-Physiologists
·  Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product and technical knowledge; including cardiac mapping and ablation techniques.
·  Provide expert clinical consultation on the use of our system to the Electro-Physiologists and lab support staff.
·  Coordinate all necessary logistics related to hospital training for new accounts.
·  Initiate, develop, expand and maintain excellent customer rapport and relationship.
·  Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
·  Participate in on-site procedure observation to ensure new product evaluation is successful, utilization is encouraged, customer and personal technical knowledge is enhanced and customer rapport is developed.

Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
