Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
For our International Nutrition Division we are looking for a Commercial and Marketing Associate to join our team in Croatia.
Core responsibilities:
- Event management
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials
- Organize distribution promo materials to Sales Representatives
- Communication with external agencies
- Assessing the results of campaigns
- Tracking monthly promo budget report
- Preparation of meetings
- Provide catering service, hotel reservations, travel and other arrangements for the team and visitors
- Management of office logistics
- Handling incoming invoices and preparation for payment
- Processing contracts and agreements
- Getting offers for procurement of different items
- Coordination of procurement with vendors
- Coordination of accruals with the accounting
Desired profile of the candidate:
- University degree (BA)
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills; team player
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office package, Internet)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or multinational company would be an asset
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Ability to perform in stress situations
