UX DESIGNER

 

We are looking for a Midweight UX Designer to join the Service Design Team in Telefónica Product Innovation to help the innovation teams turning their ideas into services that meet the customers’ needs.

You will support the Service Design Manager to construct artefacts to guide the innovation teams on the construction of the service. You will also participate on the research process, helping with the research scripts, and strategy and participating on the data analysis to identify issues, find solutions to these issues and discover better ways to approach the service.

You will be participating on the interaction design definition and will be responsible for creating Lo Fi and Hi Fi prototypes to run experiments and launch pilots.

Working as a UX Designer in Innovation you will have the chance to create an impact on the customer service/interaction design of the future. You will be at the ground floor of many interesting projects and you will have the chance to work with new AI technologies.

Requirements:

·  2+ experience in User Experience and Interaction.
·  Bachelor degree in HCI, service design, product design or equivalent.
·  UX research experience will be valued.
·  Ability to conduct interviews will be valued.
·  Strong skills in statistics (descriptive statistics, benchmarking, predictive modelling adjustment, etc.), and management of statistical packages will be valued.
·  Good analysis capacity
·  Knowledge of designing experiences for different input technologies and user environments.
·  Expertise in conceptualization: prototyping, scenario creation and manipulation, use cases, conceptualization models, service blueprints and other techniques for grounding service ideas and exposing them to both stakeholders and users.
·  Good knowledge of emerging technologies, tools, platform constraints
·  Team player.
·  Excellent problem solving skills, thinking beyond the familiar, and comfortable with ambiguity
·  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
·  Familiarity with Lean methodologies.
·  Good public speaking and presentation skills
