Performance Team is a small passionate group of people whose mission is to ensure that Telefonica products are fast, scalable and sustain developers to deliver software products considering performance issues since design stage.

 

Do you want to be part of a team that is responsible for collaborating with the rest of teams to build scalable and fast products? We're looking for a performance engineer who is excited about helping us to deliver this mission.

 

Generic skills & Technical Knowledge:

·         Passionate about technology, security and software development.

·         Critical thinker and positive mindset.

·         Maker. Proactive, eager to learn, don't be afraid to make and break things.

Technical skills:

·         Knowledge of performance modelling.

·         Deep knowledge of Scalability.

·         Deep knowledge of monitoring and performance tools.

·         Knowledge of any of the following programming languages: Python, java, or .net languages.

 

Soft skills:

·         Team worker.

·         Flexibility.

·         Proactive.

·         Multidisciplinary profile.

Specific Responsibilities:

·         Perform performance analysis of our products, including architecture review, performance testing, and performance analysis.

·         Support to product teams regarding performance issues.

·         Automating performance procedures.

·         Based on its experience and capabilities the possibility to lead the team with a hands-on approach.
