The Global Customer Support (GCS) documentation department provides customer-orientated end-user and service documentation. The list of deliverables includes a wide range of printed and electronic documents, such as User Manuals, Service Manuals, Host Interface Manuals and state of the art User Assistance.
Functions:
Integrated in the area of GPS Product Documentation, you will be responsible for providing support in the following areas:
·  Help write and update user and service documentation in English for Roche software applications, while respecting Project requirements and documentation standards.
·  Independently collecting information required to produce documentation.
·  Cooperating closely with documentation team members, project teams and experts in subject matter.
·  Contributing to frequent discussions aimed at the continuous improvement of our processes and guidelines and maintaining enthusiasm for technical writing.
The following are desirable:
·  Familiarity with laboratory systems and environments.
