POSITION SUMMARY

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.

·  Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensuring that the proper materials and supplies are on hand and ensuring that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
·  Maintain good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained. 
·  Set-up and breakdown the bar. 
·  Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage.
·  Have good knowledge of upselling, bar recipe, Inventory, receiving and stores.
·  Control guest checks, secure proper payment and act as the cashier.
·  Perform as per SOS.
·  Whatever/Whenever attitude to guest request.
·  Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
·  Assistant to handle night audit.
·  Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
·  Sweep the floors, polish brass and steel, mop, clean glassware and wipe down mirrors in the outlet.
