Key responsibilities/What you do:- 

 

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic HR Operations team in Allianz Partners.  
Being in the core of the holistic Transformation of the HR function, you will be leading the implementation of HR Technology projects and solutions and related processes across the geographies in your scope. You have a good understanding of HR technology systems, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully implemented solutions. Then come join us on the journey.
As HR Technology manager you will be responsible to drive:-

·  Plan, co-ordinate and drive implementation of target HR Architecture and platform solutions, and lead the integration of HR technology with all downstream system
·  Support in the development and drive execution of a comprehensive HR Architecture strategy aligned with the organization's HR and business objectives
·  Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and evaluate HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency, improve data accuracy, and streamline HR operations
·  Lead and deploy the decommissioning strategy to achieve efficient and lean target set-up at optimized IT costs
·  Drive intake management with in-country teams for platform enhancements: analyze needs and business requirements, perform root cause analysis of recurring problems and implement solutions
·  Prepare and maintain related project documentation, continually assess business cases and evaluate the strategic alignment of core deliverables, drive effective commun-ication ensuring a successful stakeholder management.

 

Key requirements/What you bring:-

 

·  Master's degree in business, project management, HR or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
·  Proven experience in project coordination or in a similar role.
·  Excellent project management and organizational skills.
·  Ability to work both, independently and collaboratively, in an international and diverse environment and team.
·  Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
·  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
·  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
